Modern House in the countryside of Iceland by Gudmundur Jonsson
This beautiful house is designed by Gudmundur Jonsson in the countryside of Iceland. The design’s main purpose is to catch all beautiful views around it in all directions: towards south the view to the sea and islands, towards north the characteristic triangular mountain, towards east the glacier and towards west the river and canyon. The exterior is consist of large glazings, natural wood and stone bricks. That makes the house blends better with the site. The interior is done in modern minimalist style. Simple shapes, right angles, built-in lighting and natural materials are things that makes that house a great place to live or to take a vacation in.
Esta linda casa foi projetada por Gudmundur Jonsson no campo da Islândia. O objetivo principal do projecto é o de capturar todas as belas paisagens ao seu redor em todas as direções: no sentido sul, vista para o mar e as ilhas, ao norte da montanha a característica triangular, para o leste do glaciar e para oeste do rio e da garganta. O exterior é composto por grandes vidraças, a madeira e tijolos de pedra natural. Isso faz com que as misturas casa melhor com o site. O interior é feito em estilo moderno e minimalista. formas simples, ângulos retos, iluminação embutida e materiais naturais são as coisas que faz com que a casa de um ótimo lugar para viver ou para tirar férias dentro.
